HRD is a UK agency that houses working crews in whole properties across Britain. Our Jaipur packager team is the engine room: finding the properties, negotiating the rates and building the host network that makes it all work. No experience needed. Full training given, and your output decides your income.
A UK client rings us: "four lads, Bristol, three weeks, need parking." Your job is everything that happens next.
Take live client briefs and search Airbnb, Booking.com and our own host list to find properties that genuinely fit: beds, parking, distance to site, price. Build clean, correctly priced shortlists in Monday.com. The savings you find against the public price are the measure of your value.
Contact hosts directly and negotiate nightly rates, availability and terms on behalf of our clients. Persuasive, professional, and never at the cost of the relationship, because we go back to the same hosts again and again.
Bring new hosts into the HRD network: explain what we offer, get them set up on our internal list, and grow the supply side of the business. Host growth is a core KPI of the role.
Keep regular contact with existing hosts, keep Monday.com accurate all day, and file a full end-of-day report before signing off, no exceptions. We use AI tools throughout the workflow and expect you to embrace that.
Experience matters less than mindset. We'll train you on every system and process. What we can't train is attitude, and that's what separates the good from the exceptional here.
Essential: clear, confident written and spoken English · resilience under pressure · detail-obsessed, pricing and records must be right · self-motivated, no chasing needed · quick to learn · genuinely interested in using AI to work smarter.
A degree in any discipline · exposure to property, hospitality or customer-facing work · experience with CRM tools like Monday.com, Trello or Notion · knowing Airbnb or Booking.com as a guest or host.
We believe in paying people what they earn. Basic salary reflects your tier. Commission has no ceiling.
During the training month the basic is ₹20,000–₹22,000, with commission applying from day one, so the assessment reflects live, paid work, and everyone is paid on time, every time.
Five stages. Clear decisions at each one. No stage gets skipped, whoever you are.
The form on this page is the only way in. Applications sent anywhere else aren't reviewed. Follow the instructions exactly; that's part of the assessment.
We read every application. We're looking for signals, not years of experience: a clean CV, a cover note written for this role rather than fifty employers, and decent written English.
Shortlisted candidates get five questions by email, with a 72-hour deadline. In your own words. We're assessing how you think, and template or AI-generated answers are easy to spot and end the process.
30–40 minutes. We'll dig into your written answers, run a live scenario, and talk honestly about what a high-pressure, results-driven role means. Polished doesn't matter. Genuine does.
Ten candidates start in the Jaipur office in January 2027. Everyone knows from day one that it's competitive: a month of real training and live work, KPIs tracked daily, and the top performers are retained permanently. The data decides, not favouritism.
This is a high-performance environment with UK hours and real targets. If you want a quiet job, this isn't it. If you want your output, not your tenure, to decide what you earn, and a first seat in a UK company that's growing fast, read on and apply properly.
Read each instruction carefully. Applications that don't follow them are rejected automatically. Following instructions precisely is what the job is.
Thanks. It's in the pile, and every application gets read. If you're shortlisted you'll receive five written questions by email with a 72-hour deadline, so keep an eye on your inbox (and spam folder). Only shortlisted candidates hear back.
Online submissions aren't switched on just yet. Check back shortly. Applications for the January intake go through this page only.
