HRD sources whole houses for working crews across the UK: close to site, with parking, sorted fast and billed on one invoice.
We're not a booking platform. There's no account to create, no portal to log into and no ticket number to quote. You ring or send the form, a real person picks it up, and the same person stays on your booking from the first call to the final invoice.
HRD started with two people booking houses for crews that hotels kept letting down: teams split across corridors, nowhere to cook, nowhere to park the vans, and a card-behind-the-bar routine at every check-in. We fixed it the obvious way: whole properties, dealt direct with the host, priced properly.
Today we run a vetted list of over 1,400 properties and house crews for flooring companies, civils contractors, fit-out teams, utilities and archaeology units all over the country. Most weeks, the phone gets answered on the second ring.
UK-wide coverage · whole properties, not rooms · options same day when needed · VAT invoices your finance team won't query · one point of contact throughout · plans can change without drama.
Two directors, both on the phones. No account managers passing you around.
Five years ago, Tanmay was a student in Durham waiting tables in Adham's restaurant. The part-time job became a friendship, and the friendship became a business. A completely different industry, the same instinct: look after people properly and they come back. Today each of them runs his own clients end to end, so the person who takes your first call is the same one on your last invoice.
On a busy week you'll find either of them doing all of it. That's the point of staying small.
Three minutes on the form, or two on the phone.
